We want to make sure you have the most enjoyable experience with us, so please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions below:

Payment

Our events are known to be a safe(r), sexy and sacred space to really explore and connect with yourself and others. So that we can all fully enjoy the experience, the total fee must be paid in full prior to the event.

To secure your place, we require 50% of the fee payment when booking, with the remaining payment to be paid by four weeks before the event. If you are booking within four weeks of the event, payment in full is required.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes people are no longer able to attend an event due to circumstances beyond their control. At the same time, we are a small organisation and a lot of time and energy is invested in organising an event. If you are unfortunate enough to no longer be able to attend an event this is our refund policy:
60 – 90 days before the start date – 50% refund of total cost
30 – 60 days before the start date – 25% refund of total cost
Less than 30 days before the event – No refund

Exclusion
We reserve the right to exclude anyone from attending workshops. Where possible we will give you feedback on the reason for exclusion; but reserve the right not to do so. If we exclude someone before a workshop commences and the fee has been paid, we will refund in full. If we exclude someone during a workshop, i.e. you are asked to leave, then no refund or transfer will be given.
